Who is watching you?

I remember someone telling me a long time ago, attending a leadership course I was taking. Do you know who is watching you? Even when you are not looking and being intentional, there is always someone watching you. They are learning from you. You influence people you might not even know and might never meet. When you think you are alone there just might be someone watching you.

If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader

~John Quincy Adams

What are the qualities you value? Are these qualities something you do when no one is watching? What inspires you? Can you make those difficult choices when you are all alone?

Day #5, I took this picture on July 5, 2019, in Oregon. This was close to Lakeside, Oregon. I was up there for the Fourth of July to spend time with my Dad. It was such an awesome place, green and lush, lakes and rivers everywhere you looked. This Elk seemed like he wasn’t wanting to be seen, yet from afar and a little help from technology I was able to zoom in on this elk.

Yep I remember that day!!! The question you pose has sooooo much value. That is why I have always told you and Jeremy that you have to “walk the walk”!!! People learn more about you from your actions than from your words!!!
