Your problem is to bridge the gap which exists between where you are now and the goal you intend to reach.
~Earl Nightingale
Have you ever felt like you are stuck and maybe even stagnate? You worked hard to get to that position at work. You have established yourself as the go-to person at this company. You bought the house and then renovated it, and now it is done. Maybe you saved for that special something, a classic car or a new car, and were able to purchase it. After you got where you wanted to go or what you wanted, you felt like there was something else, but didn’t know what it was. I remember this quote:
Every next level of your life will demand a different you
`~ Leonardo DiCaprio
That something is hitting your ceiling. You have maxed out the level you are in. Many people choose to be in the spot, where there is stability and comfort. You might even say boredom.
To bridge the gap to the next level of your life it will take a different you. The same things that worked for you now will not get you to the next level of your life. You will need to stretch and push to get there. For me, this is a little scary. The next level of life is not mapped out. The idea of uncertainty real.
What are some of the things that get you out of your comfort zone?
How do you hand risk?
what is yor natural reaction to risk and uncertainty?
Day #30 of 30 days of photos. I took this on October 29, 2005, more than 15 years ago. Looking back that far still amazes me. Where does the time go? Even more, a reason to focus on bridging the gap.

Meeting new people sometimes puts me outside of my comfort zone. I try to analyze risk versus reward in making certain decisions.

I would not have guessed that dad. I can identify with that. If there is a lot of people at an event I am more cautious and strategic, I might be even reluctant.
