My First WhiteTea: Silver Needle (Bai-Hao Yin-Zhen)
A few days ago I bought some new tea at eL Tea one green tea, Lung-Ching, and my first white tea, Silver Needle (Bai-Hao Yin-Zhen). I was intrigued by the real plant like feel anthe fluffiness of the leaves covered in white hairs hence the name Silver Needle. It smelled very floral with hints of citrus, more on the lemon side.The taste was very light and lemon friuty. You can see the light gold color of the glass above. The cool thing about this is I can steep it multiple times.
